Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ARO MultiServices Booking Platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the online booking software provided by ARO MultiServices.
  • "User" means any individual or business using the Platform.
  • "Customer" refers to the individual making a booking.
  • "Business" refers to any organisation using the Platform to manage bookings.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining password confidentiality
  • providing accurate information
  • all activity occurring under their account

ARO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, ARO does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, third-party failures or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect access.

5. Booking Services

The Platform facilitates appointment scheduling. ARO does not guarantee:

  • appointment availability
  • service quality
  • customer attendance
  • business performance
  • successful payment processing by third-party providers

Booking agreements exist solely between the Business and its Customers.

6. Payments

Where payment services are available, they are processed by authorised third-party providers. ARO does not store payment card details. Payment disputes must initially be resolved between the relevant parties and the payment processor.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • upload malicious software
  • interfere with system security
  • access accounts without permission
  • copy platform functionality
  • reverse engineer the software
  • scrape data
  • send spam
  • use the platform unlawfully

8. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, design, graphics, branding, content, documentation and platform functionality remain the exclusive property of ARO MultiServices. No licence transfers ownership.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARO shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of profits
  • business interruption
  • data loss
  • missed appointments
  • cancelled bookings
  • customer disputes
  • reputational damage
  • third-party service interruptions

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ARO's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to ARO during the preceding twelve (12) months for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

10. Force Majeure

ARO shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, labour disputes, governmental actions or public health emergencies.

11. Suspension

ARO may suspend or terminate access where users:

  • breach these Terms
  • misuse the Platform
  • compromise security
  • engage in illegal activities
  • fail to make required payments

12. Termination

Users may stop using the Platform at any time. ARO reserves the right to terminate services where continued access presents legal, operational or security risks.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARO MultiServices from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from their misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.

14. Confidentiality

Users shall not disclose confidential information relating to the Platform, its software, business operations or proprietary materials without prior written consent.

15. Changes

ARO may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
